Can I visit a retailer to see the frames?

We currently have over 600 stores that proudly sell our products in the process of aggressively adding additional retail outlets for Beach Frames. If you would like to inquire as to whether or not there is a location in your area, please email us and we would be glad to provide you with that information. If there is not a retailer in your area, please visit the link on this websites product pages to view and purchase each product.

How can I purchase a Beach Frame?

Buy local! We currently have over 600 stores that proudly sell our products and are in the process of adding retailers throughout the United States of America. Should there not be a retailer in your area, you can shop online on this website under the specific product pages and place your order or call us directly to place your order at 800-469-1304 or email us at Should there be a retailer in your area, we request that you visit that location to buy your frames. By shopping with a local retailer you would not incur a shipping cost if the frame you intend on purchasing is in stock at that location.

What if a local retailer does not have a particular frame color or size?

In this instance, the retailer will be able to place the order and request a drop ship to your location at no additional shipping cost will apply. Normal shipping rates apply.

What is Beach Frames return policy?

Any and all sizes and colors of our products are custom-made so we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final unless there is damage to the products via shipment and/or construction. In the rare circumstance where this might occur, Beach Frames MUST be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the frame/s in order to address any issues. Please retain all boxes that the shipment came in so we can submit a damage claim to our shipping provider.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you decide you need to cancel an order, it must be within 3 days of placing the initial order. After that time period, the frames have already been put into production and cannot be canceled.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping for our frames is calculated using the standard ground delivery with UPS. If the shipping costs appear to be too high, please email us at and let us know and we will recalculate the shipping cost and will complete your order manually. Our Beach Frames shipping department will pack all frames using only top quality shipping materials ensuring your frames arrive safely and securely.

How do you ship?

We ship UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available upon special request and at your expense.

From where do you ship?

We ship directly from our studio, located in Atlantic Beach, FL.


All orders shall be placed with a credit card. Due to all of the products being custom made, Beach Frames charges to credit cards at the time of purchase. Delivery is typically within 10 days of production. By providing a credit card number and expiration date on the order form, you are irrevocably authorizing Beach Frames to charge the credit card for the entire purchase price at the time of production. Orders may be canceled within five (3) business days of the order placement.

Damage Claims

Beach Frames makes every commercially reasonable effort to pack only first quality merchandise with carrier approved materials. Beach Frames is not responsible for damage in transit. Beach Frames does not insure packages with the carrier; if you would like to ensure your package(s), contact Beach Frames at the time you place your order. If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact the carrier and Beach Frames within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. You also agree to save all packaging materials and product. You further agree not to cancel or contest payment or deduct from any invoice any amount due to Beach Frames as a result of a damage claim. The carrier will conduct an investigation into the damage claim and it and/ Beach Frames will contact you once the investigation is concluded to resolve the issue.


Any claim for defective merchandise must be reported to Beach Frames within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Beach Frames does not accept returns on first quality merchandise for any reason (please also refer to “Product Specification” below). Contact Beach Frames in the event you receive defective merchandise as all returns must be approved in advance by Beach Frames.

Product Specification

All artwork manufactured by Beach Frames is original and hand painted on wood. The pieces of wood we use, especially the reclaimed wood products, have character differences, including but not limited to natural weathered coloring, inclusions, grains, and knots. Therefore, natural variations do occur and should be expected and will not constitute replacement (please refer to “Returns/Defects” above). Beach Frames ships items that conform to the samples shown at tradeshows and on (the “Web Site”).


All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available on the Web Site are the sole property of Beach Frames. The Web Site, designs, products, images and content within are protected by trademark, copyright, and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Beach Frames. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written consent of Beach Frames

Intellectual Property

Any and all intellectual property rights associated with the Web Site including the designs, products, images and content presented herein, and any inventive concepts, know-how, publicity rights, trademarks, trade-dress, Trade Secrets, copyrights and patents (including any patent-pending items) (collectively “Intellectual Property”) are the sole property of Beach Frames or third parties. Except as otherwise expressly authorized by Beach Frames, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, lease, loan, sell, create derivative works from, upload, transmit, or distribute the Intellectual Property of the Web Site in any way without the express written consent of Beach Frames or the appropriate third party.


Your privacy is important to us. To better protect that privacy, Beach Frames is providing this notice to explain how we collect, use and store data. The only data that we collect, use and store is information you affirmatively provide to us via facsimile, email or when completing the Wholesaler application link on the website and your resale exemption certificate.
