Shipping policy
All orders are processed & shipped within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and certain custom orders) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our shipping department will pack all frames using only top quality shipping materials ensuring your frames arrive safely and securely.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $75 will receive free shipping. Any orders that do not meet the $75 threshold will receive a flat rate shipping that will also be displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours or less for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@beachframes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
If you are shipping to a P.O. Box our primary shipping carrier may not deliver to a P.O. Box address. If you are planning on doing this, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@beachframes.com after you have placed your order and we will work come up with the best solution for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our Return policy for more details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@beachframes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping for our frames is calculated using the standard ground delivery with UPS. Again, all orders over $75 will receive free shipping.
How do you ship?
We ship primarily with UPS ground and USPS standard delivery for smaller items. Expedited shipping is available upon special request and at your expense.
From where do you ship?
We ship directly from our studio, located in Atlantic Beach, FL.
